The Conference

The Canadian Nursing Students’ Association National Conference (NC) is a four day student run conference held in Winnipeg, Manitoba from January 25-28, 2017. Through this conference, attendees will have an empowering opportunity to explore cultural safety through a wide variety of speakers, workshops, food, dance, and social events.

    National Assembly

    Delegates will have the opportunity to have their voice heard at our National Assembly by voting on topics that will impact our association.

    Nursing Speakers and Workshops

    Attendees will have the opportunity to attend workshops on the latest trends and issues in nursing, such as international/global nursing, mental health crisis nursing, working with patients in the LGBTQ+ community, and many more.

    National Team Debate

    This student led debate consists of 6 team members + our National Team Coordinator who will debate on a current health care topic. You do not want to miss this!

    Great Gatsby Themed Night in the District

    Don’t forget your pearls or bowtie! Our thursday night formal event will send you back to the 1920’s. We will be offering a free swing dancing lesson to prepare you to dance the night away.
